Welcome to the forum, you should say what is this pc is going to be used for.

If its a gaming pc

Cpu: I would get the 7600X or 13600K

Gpu: Check amd gpus especially 7900XT if it is cheaper than 4070Ti it will be better in everything for gaming except RT

CPU cooler: Thermal right peerless assasin is a good cooler for 40$ and interms of perfomance and noice level it is right up there with Nh D15

Motherboard: its a good board but there is cheaper ones that is on par or better than this .

Ram : 6000 is the optimal for ryzen 7000 so i will get something 6000mhz and i will get that in 32 gb kit (2X16)

SSD : over prized drive get cruitial p5 plus or something the samsung drives isnt worth the premium you are paying

Psu: pick something from PSU tierlist in the powersupply sub forum

Case: not a bad choice at all.
