Need help with cmd popups

Greetings, after upgrading my personal pc to the latest windows 11 22H2, every time i boot up my pc, i get a powershell pop up (attached below). Even after exiting the powershell window, it keeps popping up. While not interfering with my everyday workflow, it sure annoys me. Im considering reformatting but before that i want to ask for any of you guys opinion and maybe find a solution.

Seems like someone has been playing with regedit. You could try a system repair. (HKCU seems to stand for HKEY_CURRENT_USER)

thanks for the prompt reply. i see, i'm not too familiar with regedit. So how do i initiate system repair?

I would just try putting in an USB stick with a windows installer on it. The first real option in the "installation process" should be repair windows. You could also try to do a "windows restore", where you pick a restore point before these issues started. There are MANY tutorials with all the screenshots if you google for it. But I'm not sure if the windows restore works. Registry sounds really messed up.

System restore fixed the issue. apparently windows created a task looping every 5 minutes. I went to task scheduler and compare my latest windows and previous version and thats the only difference. thanks again.
