2400 usd for a 5800x and a 6700xt is pretty rough, as well as a 1080 monitor too top it off. I don't have as much experience with peripherals, so I can't help as much with that, but for the pc itself I'd do something like this

Pretty much perfect, but with that case and budget I'd get the ARGB Peerless Assassin 120. Asus (for lighting control across everything) B760 board with onboard BT / WiFi is only $30 more.  OP, you can also get this pretty much equivalent board for $30 less if you don't care that much about an app: Gigabyte B760M GAMING X AX DDR4 Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard (B760M GAMING X AX DDR4) - PCPartPicker

OP, the system as you configured it is pretty rough for the budget.  Either my or @Ryuikko's parts lists would be much faster systems for the money.  There's a lot of logic behind all the parts that got changed and I'm about to go to bed, but if you want an explanation I can give you one later.

This should work out better for you. Much cheaper cpu and storage options allow for more room elsewhere, including a better RTX 3070Ti. I also went with a better monitor, and one that actually allows for vertical positioning. You can use it as a streaming or discord monitor, all the same.
