Hello, so I I recently bought a system with an amd fx 6100 and a GTX 750 ti palit in it and I think there's something with it, since on MSI afterburner the card doesn't exceed 12W of power consumption in GTA V and is never above 60% usage, is this a bottleneck problem or is this something else?
