Windows theme

I just installed Windows 11 on my new pc but im really not a fan the new theme on it, anyone know how to change it back to the windows 10 theme? I'v tried youtubing it but unfortunately none of hem have helped me so far.  Anyone know how to change it back??

That is the default one.

 

You can get most of the way there by just moving the Start Menu back to the corner where it belongs. You'll have to use a utility like Classic Shell to make it look like the Windows 10 Start Menu though.

 

Disabling the rounded window corners requires either a utility to patch some .DLL (yikes) or intentionally falling back to the default Microsoft basic display driver (which kneecaps performance).

 

If you really can't live with the changes, just run Windows 10. It's still got a couple years of updates left.

I got used to it, and don't have any issue with it now. Personally, I think it looks good, but it is a little jarring coming straight from Windows 10. You can change to the dark theme in Settings > Personalization > Themes, but that's about as far as you'll go without extra software. Check out the links, and if in the end you don't see any good options, just roll back to Windows 10. You should be able to find it in Settings > Update somewhere if it hasn't been that long. Like @Needfuldoermentioned it has some updates left (Oct. 14, 2025 is the end of support). It's still a perfectly good OS.
