Not a terribly large one if upgrading from 3200Mhz. If you want to snag 32GB RAM as DDR4 is currently really cheap, then making sure it's a 3600Mhz CL16 kit while you're at it would be worth it, according to PCPartPicker the cheapest kit is only $93 right now: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Y9QcCJ/kingston-fury-renegade-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr4-3600-cl16-memory-kf436c16rb1k232

The improvement is minimal, especially because the 5600X has only a single CCX, so there's no interconnect with other cores that depends on memory speed. I'd go as far to say that you wouldn't be able to tell a difference in a blind taste test.

As @Zando_ said, if you are also doing a capacity upgrade at the same time, then it could be worth it, but that'll only really matter if you are using up your current RAM capacity.

I have curranty 16GB of RAM but Im considering upgrading to 32GB because of games like Hogwarts Legacy (that apparently runs best at 32GB of RAM) and rumors of more games needing 32GB of RAM fom best performance.
