Budget (including currency): $1100 CAD before tax

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Heavy gaming and school work requiring some animation, photo, and video editing.

I will be running one monitor at 1080p 60 hz for now but plan to buy a gaming monitor at 1440p and 144 - 165hz in the near future and have a duel monitors configuration.(do not include monitor in budget) I also don't need any peripherals just a pc.

Mainly this is just trying to squeeze a 6600 XT into that budget, which is a much faster gaming GPU than the 2060 is. Everything else should perform about equal, with the PSU being much higher quality, and it comes in at pretty much the same price as the list you made up (albeit $15 more, though it's a worthwhile $15).
