Case Recommendation

Hello everybody,

 

I will build a new pc and wanted some recommendations for good Airflow cases

 

Im gona put a 4080 in there with 1 HDD and 2 Nvme SSD the ssd isnt any problem

My choice rn would be the Pure base 500dx from Be quiet but if there are any better cases in that 100-110€ price range for better airflow please comment below

I'd like to recommend you watch some Gamer Nexus vids. He has all kinds of case airflow/cooling tests and charts. (maybe on their website? Not sure if they still have that one...)

I’m happy with my Phanteks g360a which I picked up for $90, comes with three argb stock fans that are quiet enough.

I'm pretty happy with my Fractal Pop XL Air. 5900X w/PBO pushing 4.975 and an RTX3060ti-OC, peaks around 70-72C. GPU about the same.

I like my Torrent Compact. On its own in stock config its pretty decent. Add some fans and its pretty wicked. When I am running my 5900X I have it boosting to 5150 with AGESA 1203. My power limits are 240/160/190 +200 -25 and she rips. I run WCG and F@H quite a bit, the case is great for that.

 

If you do happen to try my limits, be careful.. 240w PPT is pretty intense.
