Build Plan Idea (Suggestions?)

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Server (Minecraft, NAS), Development, Gaming, Mining

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  I had another idea for building a PC/server that I was wondering if would work.

Part list: 

Intel S2600G Server Motherboard (Dual CPU)

Xeon E5-2603 (could get a better CPU)

Nvidia 1050

1 TB HDD 

600 W PSU (Maybe I need a different one)

32 GB RAM

Would these work to make a ok budget PC/Server. I was planning on make some Xeon Core Server instead of making a Raspberry pi and Le Potato cluster but was wondering if it would work. Maybe I need to find a different Motherboard. This is all in a planning stage.

I have found all these parts for under $200. 

I have also heard mixed things about Xeons and gaming but I don’t know.
