Pc wont start at all

Xii-Nyth

Double checked all power cables. I know the power supply is fine

On the motherboard (Strix X570-I) none of the debug leds are on, because there is no response to pressing the power or reset button

Fans don't start spinning

Only the rgb leds on the board are on when connected to power, but not a single change happens in the pc when connecting the power button pins

Reset cmos with pins or remove batt for 20 sec and try a power cycle

Make sure you're on the right power switch pins, check your MB manual

Try one stick of ram and reseat your power to motherboard, the 24 pin and i assume 8+4 pin or whatever it is, make sure they are going to right spot in power supply if modular.

Is this a new behaviour or new build?

What changes have you made and what are your system specs?

its a new system, using an old psu, ssd and ram, new gpu and cpu, and the baord and case I bought used

Im thinking the problem is probably the bios needs to be updates to work with the 5600, since I can recreate the issue by taking the cpu out of another working pc and it also doesnt even try to dectect no dcpu, jsut doesnt do anything.
makes me wonder what the cpu debug led is for

You need to update your motherboard's BIOS.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?
