12700k for 350C$ or 12600k for 300C$?

b660 tomahawk 32gb ram 3080. 265tdp air cooler. Im trying to keep budget down and thinking to buy 12600k but now 12700k is on discount to. if there is a major difference I can pay 50 more I think

What are you doing with the CPU? If you don't need the extra peformance, the $50 is wasted regardless

I don't know. Im going to buy one of them but if 12700k is better I can pay 50 more. 60$ discount for 12600 but 150$ discount for 126700k. Im playing rust and rust is a cpu based game. Im over spending by now but for 50 dolar I dont want to lose a lot performance.

There's not a point in buying a k series cpu if you have a b660 board. Do you have those parts already or is this a rough list of components? If so what's your budget and uses?

I dont need K version only reason is, it is in discount. I spend 2100C$ on all of it and and now before Im going to pick up 12600k, I want know that am I going to regret to not buying 12700k. also there is no discount for 13th series.

300 canadian dolar for 12600k and 350C$ for 12700k. the difference between 13400f and 12600k is only 10$. so why should I buy 13400f that performance close to 12600k but have no IGPU

No, the 12700K is not worth 50 more than than 12600K.  The 12600K is more than enough for your games.

Do you need an iGPU?  I have had them off and on for decades, never used one though.

Im playing Rust and it is mostly cpu based game. I had 11400 and because of my trash dell motherboard I couldnt even get half performance out of my cpu. Now I decided to build something that will not make problem for games and if I wanted to stream one day then I can do it. I dont know how much difference between 12700k and 12600k. You guys know a lot about pc but Im just curious to know what is the difference. one of them i7 one of them i5

The 12700K is 5-10% faster than the 12600k.  So not worth a 15-20% price bump, IMO.  You may think otherwise.

 

Or you can simply Youtube the comparison on your own.
