Notepad++ strange issue

Can you guys help me to figure out what's going on here please? I opened file with an extension .xml with notepad++ and then I wanted to open another exactly the same way, so RMB->edit with notepad++ and I've got this msg.explorer_5gVUrmYu9q.png.00886907af42e468104d2c2ca0abd88d.png

I'm on W11.

The .xml file is not in use by any other aplication and what's more strange, it opens with Notepad++ but only when I chose "open with" from the RMB
I did modified reg key so the RMB menu is like it was in W10

Right click > open with notepad++ works for the first file? But on the second timet shows that error?

Are you able to revert the changes? Do you get the same error?

Off the wall guess: did you forget the space between the NP++ exe path and the "%1" of the argument?
