So I had a question on my GPU Fans. I'll start by saying my PC was built in 2016 and the only thing I added since was more ram. as such I have an XFX R9 390 GPU. this issue is one I've had for a while but ignored. my GPU fans don't kick on until the GPU Temp hits 85. it'll go from 0 rpm to 3500 rpm for 5-10 second and shut off completely when the temp hits 80. It turns on initially when booting up the computer and it spins at 85, but for some reason I can't get it to turn on otherwise. I'd rather have a constant speed on the fans over it switching between 0 and 3500 rpm every 5-10 seconds. does anyone have any suggestions on what to use for this? the amd software is useless here. I'd just build a new PC but I'm moving soon so don't have the extra money for that right now.

The GPU itself plays everything I want it to, it's just the fan speed that I want to fix. even just typing this in firefox I'm hovering around 80C on the gpu.....

Radeon Settings aslo has fan control, which they should already have installed.

The radeon software only allows me to set a minimum fan speed which, as far as I can tell, does absolutely nothing. Even setting that 'minimum' to 4500 it still doesn't turn the fans on. Afterburner seemed to work, as long as I just set it too 100% constantly, which I had to set again when I tried to open a game because it reset when I did.. but I uninstalled it because I went through 2 Blue screens in less than 10 minutes. never had a blue screen on this computer till today.
