Yeah I tried my previous 1660 that I knew was 100% working and my PSU is a corsair 750watt

So with your 1660, I'm assuming it wouldn’t display video either? That motherboard has a BIOS Flashback function, have you tried updating to the newest BIOS?

Well, what are some of the things you've tried thus far. Time to do process of elimination.

I have tried a different gpu, display port and hdmi, reseated the ram and cleared the CMOS also to note the motherboard cpu debug light is on

Ok! so when they told you that "there was a CPU error", did they then put in a new processor and showed you that it runs just fine with it? Or did they just charge you and sent you on your way?

Do you hear the "one beep" boot after you turn it on and you get no video output or do you not hear it? That's considering you have a motherboard beeper. There are 4 LEDs on the top right corner of your motherboard when you're looking at it, what is the status of those when you turn it on?

They just told me there was a cpu error but thankfully wasn’t charged anything. I don’t hear any beeps but the cpu light is on

Have you tried a different display (monitor/tv)? Have you tried a different PCIe slot? Have you tried one stick of ram at a time, and in various slots? Have you tried different ram? Have you tried a different motherboard? Slotting your new CPU into a different motherboard.

So they told you there was a CPU Error, and they replaced the CPU free of charge? Please be more elaborate with your responses, you are pretty vague sometimes and that can be difficult when trying to diagnose an issue. For the CPU light, it almost sounds like they didn't replace the CPU with a new one. If they didn't charge you anything. Unless you're just talking about labor.

Ive tried a different display and my motherboard only has one PCIe slot. Ill try putting only one stick in. I currently don’t have any other ram or a different motherboard

Well it seems like the only thing left to try would be motherboard and/or memory. How does the socket look on your current motherboard? Also, have you tried with a different PSU?

There's not many other things left in this equation other than motherboard, memory, and PSU. I'm leaning towards motherboard problem though.
