Laptop solution needed!

I need a cheap laptop for playing these games with good settings, even max if you can: FTL:Faster than light, Spore,Terraria,Edge of space, spore:galactic adventures, and minecraft.

MAX BUDGET is $700, but I'd like it to be lower. Thanks!
