Is it possible to resolve this issue without setting up Raid?

I googled "please enter setup to recover bios settings optane" and the first result was...

I tried this but, it didn't fix the problem.

If i understood correctly, then i have to set up raid configuartation first and then revert back to ACHI. Right?

Have you done it like @ToboRobot wrote. Set it to RAID and then set it back to AHCI.
