No, is that in Windows or my BIOs

windows control panel>administrative tools>computer management>storage>disk management then your drives should be there

I got another 512gb ADATA SX900 I put it in my 900D's Hotswap bay plugged the sata cable into my motherboard but when I get into windows it doesn't show me having another drive but in the BIO's It says I have 2 ADATA SX900's. What should I do?

i just want to make sure did you plug the sata power cable into it, because you said you just the sata cable

The 900D has 3 drivebays with SATA and SATA Power Connections that is split between 3 bays with one SATA power cable
