Having issues O.C.

I have an R7 250. Yes. I know. Not the best. However, i've been trying to O.C. For a little while now, and no matter what i do, it crashes out. The only time i can get it stable is if I increase the core clock by about 19 MHz, so i figured that wasn't worth it and just reset to stock. Has anyone else O.C. This card? Any settings i should shoot for?

Yes but it didnt work

Raise it to +75mV and raise the clocks as high as you can. You can't get more than 19?
