Did you consider that the 2400 mhz memory might be br0ken? The CPU should be just fine with 2400 mhz memory. Check BIOS settings, and maybe return them to stock settings. (jumpers/buttons or remove battery/power cord)

Also, try 1 stick at a time, so you might spot a maybe-broken stick.

Yeah we tried this way and with only 1 stick cant grt blue screen in any slot populated it maybe the mother board has faulty when the 2 slot at the same in use? ( he has only 2 ramslot)
