How do you install Popcorn Time on Linux?

My brother needs a hand and he is too lazy to google it himself or ask a forum so can anyone help me out. I am a noob at Linux as well. He is using Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit.

Download the file and compile them, if you don't know how to do that google it.

Not the source code I mean the program download from this webpage. http://get-popcorn.com/ At the bottom of this page in Linux 64-bit. How do you install that.

It doesn't matter we have fixed everything. Ubuntu gets some getting used to though.
