Is this a good build for playing games like Minecraft, Skyrim, BF4, COD Ghosts, DayZ and Rust at decent fps?

I agree with @CoolBeans, for the amount of money that you are spending, better performance can be had.  Focus on getting the absolute best in-game performance before worrying about things like fans. Case fans can be purchased at any time after the build, so it is an easy upgrade.  Use the money that would have gone into case fans on components that impact performance and increase your system's power and longevity.

 

Do you need an operating system?  Do you live near a Microcenter?
