is this FPS normal??

I know Call of duty games are terrible optimized but I still feel like the FPS I am getting is still too low. On low graphics settings I'm getting around 120 FPS and medium between 90-100. On far cry 6 it was lower than benchmarks I've googled. I don't know if it is just time to upgrade or if I don't have something set up properly. Thanks guys!

my pc specs are:

AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor 

nvidia geforce rtx 2070 super

16 gigs of ram

my display resolution is 2560 x 1440

If it's Modern Warfare 2 it sounds like reasonable FPS for that setup.

It might be I've redone all settings and still barely any improvement. I'm saving up for a fully maxed out PC but for now i guess ill make do lol.
