First Build~Need Help/recommendations/Tips

This will be my first PC build. I've owned pre builds in the past but never built one. The part list below is what I've selected but I am not partial to any brand/Product. I will be Mainly using this PC for Gaming/sometimes Streaming. I have not selected a GPU yet but would prefer a GeForce GPU(Recommendations welcome). Im honestly not sure what else I would need to buy to make this PC run so would appreciate all the help I can get(and yes id like to build it myself rather than paying someone to do so). 

 

Goal- Id like to have a PC that will last a decent amount of time and be able to Game/Stream most common high res games and FPS

Budget- would like to keep it around $2000CAD (with a little wiggle room)

 

CPU- Intel Core i7-12700k 3.6GHz 12-core 

CPU Cooler- Corsair ICUE H100i Elite Capellix CPU Cooler

MotherBoard- Asus ROG STRIX Z690-F Gaming WiFi ATX

Memory- Corsair Vengeance 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5 CL36

Storage- Western Digital Blue SN570 1 TB M.2 PCle 3.0 X$ NVME SSD

Case- Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower

Power Supply- Corsair RM850x

I would go for a z690 board for this, like that gigabyte board that’s $130 right now in the US
