Hellzerg optimizer safe? Best options?

Hello, I have recently heard a lot about the program hellzerg optimizer that is supposed to disable unwanted settings and optimize windows.

I'm not sure whether this is safe nor if it would actually improve my performance.
If this program actually improves windows, what are the best settings?

There are tons of programs that can wrest control back from Win10/11.

SHutUp10

Spybot anti-beacon

Win10Privacy just to name a few.

I tend to stick with well-known ones. If you wish to try that one out, I'd do it on a VM OS install fist
