Normal temp difference between cores?

I am running an i7 9700k as was wondering if the temp difference I see between the cores are normal? The min core temp has a max difference of 2 degrees celsius, but the max temp has a difference of up to 7 degrees. Is this normal? I have checked that the cooler is attached correctly.

Those temps look fine to me, could be how the workload hits different cores/how evenly the thermal paste spread under the cooler. 

I wouldn't worry as your well in the range of reason.

It's fine.  Stop looking at the minutia like that and just let your machine run.
