This is what i came up with. The i3 is on par if not better with the 5600g making it a better bet. The 6600 is way better than the 1660. I chose the nx210 bcs it already has fans and is pretty cheap. The memory is 3200 mhz 16 gb. That is going to be nice.

Hope I helped😁

Thermaltake has the worst customer service I've ever used in my life (twice now) and the Smart units are some of the worst on the market.  This unit is cheaper and despite being rated 50 watts less I'm sure it actually outputs more.  Otherwise this is the best list.

No worries.  Also, in the future, it is easiest to share parts lists like this:

Select the BB option when exporting on PCPartPicker, then copy and paste the output.  That way it shows up as rich text with links to each part.

I would move a couple little things around, then you can have a- 6 core CPU, a  wifi motherboard and a 1TB SSD, as 500GB will fill up pretty quickly.  Still mostly the same idea, just adjusted a bit for those little things.

Although the 12100f can be ever so slightly faster in single core tasks than the 5600, the 5600's two extra cores will probably matter more when paired with a GPU like the rx 6600.

The A520 chipset is fine with a PCIe 4.0 NVMe because while it only has a PCIe 3.0 port for a GPU, the m.2 port is PCIe 4.0 capable.

I'd also steer toward a case with a mesh front panel for, but it's all about preference and it doesn;t really matter.  I like the Kolink Citadel because it makes very good use of internal space and has a lot of room for a cooler on such a compact case.  It also includes all the necessary fans which is rare for a 55 euro case with a mesh front panel.

Also, if OP is not super tight on budget, an aftermarket CPU cooler can be had for a REALLY good deal in germany right now, as the Cryorig H5 ultimate is way underpriced at 27 euros.

This is my adjusted list, for my GPU I will maybe get a 2060 super or 2080 super from Ebay because you can find them for around 200€.
but I think this is a good configuration for 700€

Thanks for your help and input.
