It doesn't have a front USB3 header from what I can see.

 

The 990FX extreme 9 has two front panel USB3 headers, but is significantly more expensive and you may not like the metalic looking accents.

The Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 has a similar colour scheme and a front USB3 header, but the header is located at the bottom of the board.
