Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super (8GB) - memory temperatures after change thermopads

hubby

Hello,

I recently installed new thermal pads (Thermal Grizzly) on my Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super graphics card. Currently, under load, the GPU temperature is around 75 degrees and the memory temperature is around 82 degrees. The card is drawing around 200W of power during this time. I wanted to ask if these temperatures are safe for the hardware. Is a memory temperature of 82 degrees normal, or should I be concerned about the high power draw and high temperatures?

Thank you for your help!

That's absolutely fine. Those temps are well within spec. Fyi the max temp of the gpu is 88c and the max temp for the vram is 100c.

I was mostly concerned about the temperature of the VRAM. I wanted to make sure that it was safe for the hardware. Thank you!
