7900xtx fps issues

Hi everyone!  
I just got a 7900xtx, and installed it, but I have been having issues with it.  On my old Gtx 980, I was getting ~800 fps (Minecraft), but with the 7900xtx I am now getting ~500.  Immediately jumps to 100% utilization when I open a server.  I checked it using pass mark and its score was average for a 7900xtx, and under gpu z it only reaches 75 degrees at hot spot.  I downloaded all of the latest drivers, what could be the culprit?

 

(I have a r9 7900x, 32 Gb RAM, x670e)
