Weird wireless mouse behaviour

So I grabbed an ROG TUF A15 and a Logitech keyboard and mouse combo, I've tried two mouses now and when moving the mouse on desktop or even in my WoW it seems to drag, as if it has to catch up to me, but in the wife's sims 4 it has no issue, I have precision on and mouse speed cranked
