M - Flash now cpu debug on - no screen

I just recently Flashed my bios in hopes to get my M.2 ssd to respond. After the flash the screen went black and now the motherboard ez debug LEDs has cpu light on. HDMI and DP connections do not display or even register something is connected. (no signal) I tried jumping my jbat1 as described in the manual. Still not working. Someone please help. System was working great aside from M.2 ssd not being recognized. That's why I flashed in the first place. Cpu is Ryzen 7 4700G with RTx 3060 graphics - 1,000w power supply.
