Photoshop creative cloud issue

Dear Guys, 

need help with my macbook air M1  the photoshop keep pop up this message everytime i open it " could not complete your request because photoshop was unable to communicate with creative cloud desktop." 

How to fix this ?

repair the install / reinstall creative cloud?

Are you able to open Creative Cloud by itself? If not, reinstall creative cloud.

just reinstall the Creative Cloud ?   

I do not have that initially.  just single software like lightroom and photoshop

The only way to install those programs is through the Creative Cloud app. So you definitely have it… unless you pirated them or uninstalled it.

 

If you uninstalled it, reinstall it. If you pirated it, this isn’t the place to ask for help.
