That literally doesnt matter, youll have a faster gpu once you upgrade your cpu and if you go high resolution the cpu becomes less of a bottleneck, but with a crappy 1660ti you are stuck at the same performance

What price is the 1660ti? Rx 6600 go for ~200$ and offer gtx 1080 level performance

 

Actually i think some of these motherboards have a really idiotic secure boot implementation that doesnt allow you to boot with gpus other than a few specific cards so you may wanna check around to see if dell has this issue, i think hp has this issue but never checked dell

Well i dont think i will upgrade my CPU anytime soon because i would also need new PC case and you need a lot of money for that which i dont have
Edit: i thought about buying 1080 TI but again i dont have money to upgrade my PC
