CPU white light

This is my build, all new, first time building a pc and this is the problem. Like all the fans turn on but I think the cpu light is causing everything else not to work like the mouse and keyboard. I had updated BIOS and tried it for the most recent update and the previous to make sure maybe bios was bad, but the light was still on. What are other things I can try.
