Cpu red debug light pc wont boot

I have build this pc and used it,I was adding fan sllitter for case fans to the configuration and it worked fine.Decided to turn off pc and do cable managment with cpu fan headers and when I booted pc fans were making weird sound like an infinitive boot loop and later when I tried to power pc I would just get red lighr on motherboard for sit second.

I have plugged off everything and started from the beggining as I am building pc apart from not putting cpu and cooler at the top. I still cant boot it with screw driver ,cpu fans dont even spin all i get is red light for the split second on place for cpu.

What's a "slliter" ? Did you Serial+Parallel hook fans without a controller that plugs into multiple fan pins ?

Sorry,I was stressed about problem so I wrote this post in hurry, its actually  fan splitter
