temporary cpu cooler

will this be enough to cool my cpu just enough to so that i can do all the bios settings etc. and test to make sure it works

MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk MAX WiFi 
amd ryzen 7 5700x 
32 gb gskill 4000

msi mech radeon 6750xt 12gb factory overclocked 
70gb hard drive
1 tb hard drive 

500 gb ssd (i dont have the ssd yet so should i not set any boot drives)
750 watt cooler master gold certified power supply 

 frostflow 240mm aio (hasnt arrived yet which is why i want to temporarily cool the cpu)

Slap a fan on it.

Slap a fan onto it you may need to use a thing PC builders love  Zip tie and you also need to zip tie that thing to your Mb. If the cooler arrives in 2-3 days just wait. And Why you have a 70GB harddrive

I'd just slap it on some paste, done it plenty of times just to test things out, as long as theres good contact it'll transfer enough heat for testing to bios etc

i pulled it out of a really old computer.
