I already have a ATX case that supports all atx and I have a key Boared and mouse and monitor I just need some new components I can upgrade over time I can start with Inter grated graphics

Then you should get something with a APU and then you can upgrade to a Gpu like 6600 when you have the money. it cost 342.73 euro

If op is willing to get a used gpu  he can probably save a bit by going to offer up or facebook marketplace
