I need help b450 elite not working

The computer turned off while it was working and was stable on its own without any sign or logical reason, and I disconnected it from electricity to discharge the charge of the capacitors, and after that I removed the clock battery located above the motherboard and changed the location of the memory, but to no avail, as the processor is still turned off and flash is given White on the b450 elite motherboard

CPU, RAM, PSU, GPU??? We cant do much with no information. What were you doing when this happened?
