Pc not recognizing audio devices

I just finished changing my motherboard and everything seems to be working except the audio devices, after looking at the connected devices it seems that the computer is not able to recognize/allow audio devices to connect to it. I've tried re-installing my audio drivers but that didn't help.

My speakers which are connected to the back panel i/o are shown as audio devices in the ''sound settings'' but don't appear in ''Bluetooth and other devices'' and have no audio. Meanwhile my headset which is connected to the front panel i/o isn't recognized at all.

This is my first time changing a motherboard or any part of a computer for that matter so I'm not really experienced, so the issue might be something simple that I didn't think about. Hopefully the issue isn't caused by me messing something up/breaking something while installing the motherboard.

Did you make sure you plugged in the front panel audio?

The front panel audio is connected, yes. I have also tried restoring the bios settings to default, and other solutions I thought of/found on the internet and none of them helped. Since I posted this i also contacted a technician who said that it's most likely something wrong with the motherboard.
Thanks for your reply.

Also since the initial explanation wasn't great I should probably clarify. There's no audio whatsoever (I also found out that some of the USB ports don't work).I've come the the conclusion that either the product I got wasn't fully functional to begin with since I ordered it from a company off of Ebay (Which I think is unlikely but possible) or something got damaged in shipping.

Edit: I just got a replacement.
