Stellaris Launcher Error

I have been trying to play Stellaris for over a week and out of know where I got this error after pressing play on Steam. I am running Windows 11 on the most recent version. After I got the MSIE6A error I tried to get me to reinstall the Paradox launcher, but it didn't work and I got the second error. I have tried restarting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling of the game, verifying the integrity of game cache. I would like help because I got into my most recent game.
