Spread Spectrum affect mouse movement

Long story short i disabled spread spectrum because my bus speed not stay at 100, after do some gaming i noticed my aim became so wierd i didn't notice any input lag but my aim feel floaty and wierd i can't barely kill 1 bot in csgo dm, same thing happened with Apex and Valorant i can't aim properly like i used to. it's wierd so i went back to bios and enabled Spread Spectrum back to see if it is the issue, so as i thought after enabling Spread Spectrum my aim feel normal again. Has anyone ever had this problem?
