Something very wrong with my windows install

Are you using duplicati? Is it up to date? Seems to be coming from it

I've been having problems with memory leaks buts that's fine i handle that, also the occasional bluescreen but more recently a more pressing issue has emerged, my

c:\Users\name\AppData\temp

folder will fill up with upwards of 80GB of files. They've formed again and are at 1.1Gb but that'll grow again. Here are names
