Hello everyone, I've been having some serious stuttering problems while using my wired 360 controller for my PC.

I just got it yesterday, plugged it in, and everything seemed to be working buttery smooth. However, when I started

using it this morning, I was getting some really odd audio stuttering and slowdown while playing Cave Story.

I was also getting some really atrocious video stuttering alongside these other issues in both Guacamelee and

Rayman Origins. I've searched all over the place, but I can't seem to find a working solution. I tried disabling

the controller's rumble, but that didn't change a thing. Any idea what might be causing this?
