Help for running pc

Hello, this is my build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pCzyrD,

The only problem is that there is red light for cpu and dram, how do I fix. I tried a lot of things like just switch the ram and pushing it in, also every part is brand new. The b550m pro4 also accepts the 5000 series so it should work, what should I do?

Have you updated the bios?

No but the b550 says it is ready for the amd 5000
