Is that one of the ones that had no output, or the one you knew had output but bad vram?

That looks to me like both chips on the A channel are bad.

. Can I reuse the ram from another video card? I do have rework station but it has hot air gun up to 24L/min so I don't know will it be enough to desolder it and reuse it.

They should have the same part number and you can. If they’re different just make sure they’re compatible with each other
