Issues with the latest Nvidia Driver

Updated last night to driver version 527.56 and mid download my OS crashed to just a white screen, left it for a while then when it was clear it was not meant to be happening restarted computer. Same white screen after login. Occasionally video cuts out right after boot but sometimes straight after login. Booted into safe mode and uninstalled driver, with latest NVIDIA driver uninstalled boots fine into windows but as soon as i try to reinstall drivers same white screen crash half way through installation. Anyone else having the same issue?

 

Ryzen 5 1600x

GTX 980Ti

 

Windows 10
