Just a brief question;

I have a EVGA 780 SC ACX and I'm just upgrading my HX650-V2 to the AX860i.

To power the 780, can I:

A - Use the split 8pin ----- 6+2pin --- 6+2pin cable

OR

B - Use 2 of the standard 8pin ----- 6+2pin cables

I would like to use A as its a lot tidier/cleaner. I just don't know if the single PCI power rail/connector/whateveritscalled can support the load of the 780 and the manual it sporadic and doesn't really explain.

Thanks. :)

@MysteriousKiwi

You should be able to use the single PCI-Ex cable with the 2 x 6+2 connectors on. I use them for my 2 780s and got no issues.
