I decided to put my rig to a test, started opening HD videos to see how many it would take before I saw an impact on performance. i was disappointed that it only took 8, with 2 Chrome browsers open before all videos started to stutter. I've got 32G of RAM and a 3060 ti GPU. (All specs below). I would have expected to be able to open far more based on the components I have, but perhaps I over-estimated. Is what I describe a RAM issue, GPU issue, CPU issue? Combination?

Intel Core i7-11700K || Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti || 1TB Corsair MP600 PRO XT & 2TB Samsung 980 Pro || Adata DDR4 3200 4x8GB || Asrock Z590-C/ac

Well, you can open Task manager and find out yourself. But 8 video tabs shouldn't max out your RAM to the point of decreasing performance. I'd say that your GPU is your limit here as it can only fluently decode and display a limited number of videos, while your RAM can take quite a few videos before filling up

Appreciate it, guess my next question (assuming it is the GPU), what might be a proper replacement of the 3060 Ti with the rest of my setup? Or should I learn to OC the GPU, assuming it's over-clockable?
