one CPU core/thread spikes badly.

Hello.

I discovered that one of my cpu threads been working strange.

I was doing some homework and I had to edit a picture.But when i was cutting the picture it wass lagging soo baad. I started monitoring my temps and cpu usages. Temps were looking good but one of my cpu threads were spiking badly (it was cpu8). To make matters worse I was going to play some V rated cs:go wannabe game and I wanted to change my crosshairs oppacity.The stutters appeard in game too but only when changing these particular settings.Then I started monitoring again and found out that the same cpu thread has the problem and since then I couldn't find any solution.

i5 11400f

rtx 3050

cm bronze 650w psu

g.skill aegis 2x8gb 3200mhz

asus prime h510m-a

 

All drivers seems up to date. Every other game stutters even more. PLS help meeeee.:(

check startup tasks, and other background tasks and see if something is running that shouldn't be.

 

Watch Task Manager and see *what* is using that CPU time.
