New PC posts, cannot boot from USB to install Windows

This is a followup post for an issue I had described in a previous post (below).

The replies suggested I replace the motherboard.

I have since replaced the motherboard in the system to find myself in the exact same situation as before.

I am at a loss.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.

In order to boot to a Legacy drive you cannot run UEFI exclusive in Bios.

Likewise a non-UEFI installation will not make your Windows a UEFI installment.

I can't boot from any type of drive, I have tried UEFI and CSM installations with the appropriate settings in BIOS.
